Hello,

I have a Mercedes C230 Kompressor 2000 and my car recently has experienced the exact issues described in this link

If anyone has any recommendations or solutions that would be greatly appreciated. I bought a multi switch which I'm going to replace later today out of hope that will solve the issue. However, I still will have a broken horn at that point and the other issues will remain unresolved.

Thanks again.

Checke fuses first .All these items work off the stalk on the column .It looks like you will have to remove the cowl on the steering wheel and check the multi plug conector . And the earth in side is used for most of those items it may be broken in some way. The fault , should have blown a fuse ..If a fuse is blown , its a sure fact the indecator stalk is damaged.

Thanks you guys very much for your responses, I greatly appreciate them. Any guidance as to where I could find the location of these fuses, and how to indicate if something is wrong with them? I've read that there are a couple fuse boxes in the car but have yet to find a good diagram that shows the location of the fuse boxes

You will have one driver side under the hood by the spring for the hood hinge
And open drivers door ,then look in to dashboard . And triangle section of the dash will come off , use a plastic drift .
Other one is in the boot drivers side wall .
If the fuse is ok it could be the realay .
Or the sam unit/ Do you have the fuse diagrams ?
