I used the www.radio-code.lt website to get the code for the BE1692 I got out of a S320 W140 in a wrecking yard. To find codes for Mercedes versions of Becker radios, use the Mercedes section, not Becker.

You do have to register on the website, but the only info you have to give is your name and email address. Painless.

I initially tried to get the code with my phone, but no matter what I did, the website would not let me enter the last two digits of the serial number. I tried a bunch of different things, but no luck. Finally, I dug out my laptop, and it worked first time. No idea why the computer worked and my phone didn't. But either way, I'm happy.
