VON,
Not related, is there still a market for 404's?
Cold War Remarketing has 3, one runs, 2 for parts. + a few sets of 404 Axles (great for those Jeep transplant for rock crawler) still in the shipping crate...
Care to talk? I think you have my number, Marshall in Central Washington (the state).
There is a bizarrely strong market for 404's. Though I believe it's cooling in price a touch. Nobody should be buying a 404 at $10k plus but it's happening on a regular basis.

I think many people are buying them as a gateway to mpg ownership not understanding they are quite a bit different in comparison to the larger chassis trucks.

The only 404's I see under $10k are in rough shape. Any decent running 404, relatively rust free, with all the parts... Will easily fetch $15k plus. Those are actually hard to come by though. Say what you want about the market. Something is worth exactly what someone is willing to pay. And if people are willing to pay $200k for a 416, why shouldn't a 404 be worth $15-20k?
