i always found the koenig kits way over the top. i think it took away from the design of the car rather than compliment the design. depending where i go, sometimes i feel my car is too pimped out. great collection of pics Twitch.

Those are some cute babes on the PCMTL.com page. Man if I was not married I will join you in Montreal and amg my monster (although it will look out off place/time) and practice some french on them babes (of course we will be talking about cars right?).
Now that's a thought, has anyone had the guts to put an AMG body kit on a long body (the 560 that is )?[^]

Sorry everybody, but I just don't get it. Each to his own I suppose, but to me it's bordering on the ridiculous.........They look home-made,like someone got a job-lot of fibreglass and filler dropped too much acid and when they came down a week later, well enough said:).......This guy obviously stopped tripping before he got round to painting it.:)

Shaune, this thread is meant to be a collection of pics and info, not of criticism.

To make a ranking about mb-tuners i think the number 1 belongs in every angle of views to AMG. Its the first, most experienced and famoust company of all. The second one should be Lorinser, then Brabus. I would put Koenig on 4, SGS on 5 and all other companies have been smaller and their lifetime often ended so soon as they appeared.

Back to topic...

Just as an aside-- isn't that the famous and uber-rare w126 wagon (in green) behind the Koenig in the first pic of the red one in Nightbird's post? Now THAT would be my pic of the most interesting (not necessarily the best) modded w126 (sedan anyway). The Koenig sedan... just... isn't. The coupe version is slightly more interesting, but not my sort of style-- I'd just go ahead and get the Testarossa if I wanted a car to look like that.
