There is one there but according to the numbers its a seat belt relay. Maybe i got it wrong. will go and pull it and check.

Yup thats where this was plugged in. Last owner must have pluged in the wrong relay. Funny but it has the same plug configuration. I found it but it says it for 81 to 85 sl's. would it work on a 77 450sl?

My turn signals and flashers blink at the the same speed an Uzi spits out 9mm's. I suspect it is the relay but I don't know where the relay is on this car. Is it part of the hazard switch itself or separate and somewhere else? If separate, where is it?

Check your bulbs or replace the flasher. I replaced the flasher and all is well
