So I was reading up on the spec of my new C300 and was comparing it to a Rover 75 2.6 V6 I drove in the UK. 0-60 is 1 second quicker on the C300 but the top speed is 7 mph lower, the Rover having a top speed of 137 mph compared to the C300 at 130 mph. Now this is a little 'top trumps'y' but anyone know what the 'real' top speed of the C300 would be if it was not electronically limited (or why it is)? (not that I have found anywhere yet to open her up to these speeds in the US!)

I found out from a non US source where these things are NOT limited (what is it with the US?) that the top speed of the C300 is 152mph (remember this would be based on non US version of a mile which is ever so slightly shorter than a UK/EU mile (why again? lol).
