Radio power wires trouble shooting

Hi, I am trouble shooting my radio connections in my W202 and have questions about the bottom row of pins on the wiring harness (pin out attached). I am only getting voltage out of the "ignition" pin. With the ignition on or off, no voltage is coming out of the constant 12 V pin or any other on the harness. Is there a fuse that controls these supply voltages? All the fuses in the fuse box read OK. My aftermarket stereo is not powering up.

Thanks I ran power to the head unit but there is no sound coming from any speaker. Does anyone know if an aftermarket head unit (which has it's own amplifier) requires the cars amplifier to be working? Could a non-functional amplifier be causing the speakers to not work?

Also there is no longer a cd changer in the car.

I know my car has an external amplifier because I already removed the trunk lining and saw it (fuse is fine).

I didn't remove the factory head unit, I bought the car with a non-working after market head unit.

The aftermarket head unit I have now is brand new.
