Buds Benz shoes them, but I don't think you will like the prices! After all, it's just a strip of foam! https://www.budsbenz.com/catalog/350-380-450-560-sl/l-tops.
It's been a while since I bought my top, but at the time I had a back up plan in case my method of installing did not pan out. I think they were going to be about $20 each.
I am sure some of the top suppliers will have them, but not that easy to locate them on their sites, if they are even there.
Not clear, but perhaps these from Niemoeler are those seals? Variation selection for image 17 in group Folding Top 2

I bought my top from Diamond Mall on eBay. The top came with the draft seals: Mercedes SL Roadster R107 1972-1989 Convertible Top, Stayfast Canvas, Black | eBay

Good luck I am sure the low cost ones are out there somewhere.
How did you like the quality and finish of the top you bought done Diamond Mall?

Looks great! Love the colour combo. Can you send me a picture of the jig you made? I think I will do it that way too. Probably a LOT easier on the back.
My "jig" was just an old door on saw horses. I screwed in two thin metal straps that I could slide the rear bow onto, and bend into position. I had the old suitcase under for support and scrap wood clamped on extending to the front of the top to help spread it out. Pretty red neck and half assed, but it made it easier.

Perfect. Red-neck and half assed is my go to move. Replace the old door and saw horses with a warped ping-pong table, and the suitcase with a couple of Home Depot buckets, and you'll know what I'm using for mine.

Sorry I didn't see your post back in April. But better late than never?

The Diamond Mall top was of very good quality. My only issue was that the fabric with liner was quite heavy. This makes it more difficult to stow, at least when new.

One time when not going with the best might have been better!

Diamond Mall are, it seems, just an on-line (discount?)outlet for one of the other California top manufacturers. So you are not dealing with manufacturer if something goes wrong. Luckily, in my case, they did not.

BTW, my previous top was a Robbins. That might suit you better :)

Could you send it to me too, please? I can’t PM you because my post count is too low to send private messages 😳
What date did Aussiemerc offer this?
