Yeah, and when my buddy was advising me on 107s he stuttered for a moment when I said that just because I would pick up a 107 doesn't mean I couldn't buy a Miata later. I'm currently job hunting due to a promotion to Unemployed and would love to pick up a Miata right now.
I strongly recommend everyone who seeks pleasure from motoring to have a Miata at least once in their lifetime. It is a unique experience, the antithesis of a Camry. It makes any leisure trip - fun (and most others).

When I grow some tits....I'll start looking at Miatas. :)

C'mon, you're just jealous of us with real roadsters which can actially corner and can drop the hard top in 13 seconds
You are upside down with your assumptions. :D

No mine works fine just do not have a desire to stick it up a car's tailpipe, I prefer females over cars. :sneaky:(y)
That is one, how should I say it, "unconventional" idea of eroticism, but I don't pass judgements.
.
I think here I'll end my contribution to this sub OT in the OT post as it ran its funny course.

I remeber way back in 75 when I and my best friend from HS bought our first new cars. I chose a 75 Opel Manta 4 speed for the grand price of $3500. He bought a Ford Granada for about $4k. Except for size, the Opel ran circles around the Granada. First was fuel economy. I averaged about 25 mpg, and he claimed that he only acihieved 12 mpg in similar driving condidons. The Opel was also zippier weighing much less so the 1.8 L engine coupled with the 4 speed manual tranny out accelerated the Ford 6 cyl with the auto tranny. Also, the Opel had Bosch fuel injectiion which contributed to it's performance and drivability when warming up. The fit and finish of the Opel was also much better. I kept that car for 7 years of almost trouble free driving. I only sold it because my wife had taken a job and needed AC for her car pool's comfortm plus she couldn't master the stick. The Opel was the start of my quest for value priced German cars. I had to wait quite a while before I could afford a used MB.

I believe the British Granada was considerably better and actually achieved some pretty good reviews but have no idea if it was a similar design or a completely different car with the same nameplate.
Not just British, it was an european merger of Ford models.
But yes, quite stunning car.
Probably the largest car in its time and with a V4 2L engine
