Mercedes Benz w211 problem

Hello guys ... So i recently bought a used MB w211 , E270... Yesterday while driving , the engine sign came up and when i was trying to go almost full throttle , the car didnt speed up at all .... it was going as fast as when u only touch the gas pedal ...When i stop ,turn off the car then turn on again and then start driving there is no engine sing on the monitor ... only when i try to go faster ....Also the error seems to be p2047
Does anybody know whats causing the problem ?

From the sprinter forums that use the exact same engine.

P2047 = Rail pressure monitoring via volume control valve .: The maximum rail pressure was exceeded.
This usually is a low pressure condition in the rail... (The code is decieving) Start all fuel testing with checking the low pressure side first.
I have had this code on more Sprinters than I can count and it (most of the times) is a filter

4 in 5 sprinters we get with a cel on have this code cause they try and go 100k on a regular fuel filter that is designed to be changed every 20k or so miles.

change that fuel filter and see if it cures your problem.

I changed 2 fuel injectors and the problem is gone !!! The only problem left is that the car at first hesitates to accelerate ... its needs like 1 second to react to floor pedal ....any help ?

How many miles on it?
Where are you located?
What is it's previous history?

its mileage is around 160K ... previosly used by and old man .. not too much ..... service history seems to be good ... cant understand what may be causing the problem
