2004 SL500. Instrument cluster shows a memory malfunction,1 malfunction in memory. Is there a way to clear this error?

You need to use the up/down arrow buttons on the steering wheel to scroll down and see what the message is. It could be many things, such as a a bulb out, a weak battery int he SmartKey, problems with ABC, SBC, the vario roof, low tire pressure, etc. You have to correct the problem and then the message will stop appearing.
