You'll want to get these from the dealer. It's been years since I bought various clips, but I do recall the cost was insignificant.

Punch out the old and rivet the new. There shouldn't be any need to paint the clip but I would paint the hole before inserting the new rivet. Remember, the factory rivets are metric as is the hole.
