Coolant Reservoir Max Level line, check coolant level message

Hello,

I have a 2004 C230 K manual sedan and I was just wondering where is the level line on the coolant reservoir (I cannot see it) since my check coolant level message came on.

Full is at the top of the semi-transparent art of the reservoir, right where it meets the black top section.

There is a little tab in the resevoir

Page 286/287 is the checking procedure

The coolant level is correct if the level:
&#56319;&#56320; for cold coolant: reaches the black top part of the reservoir
&#56319;&#56320; for warm coolant: is approx. 0.6 in (1.5 cm) higher
&#56319;&#56322; Add coolant as required.

Make sure your windscreen washer fluid reservoir is also full.
