It saves 50lbs making the car just a little bit faster. I've read other post that outline this as about a 20-25HP gain equivilance. I also prefer the newer "Larger Star" look of this as it looks more like the newer CLK's. It also makes the car more unique. There are a LOT of Silver "plain-jane" CLK's out there and I would be interested to make mine a little more unique. I can't afford $2K but would be willing to pay $1K for it...
