At the very minimum you would need to run a large wire from the trunk to the starter to power the starter. Fixing these cars with the proper parts is difficult at best, modifying them is much harder. Your time may be better spent determining why the BCM fails and how to make that foolproof. Plenty of people would buy that

Plus I would guess like the w211 conversion from SBC, the firewall apparently needs to be strengthened as the sbc system needs no backbone in that area. I believe the facelift w211 models scrapped the $hit SBC.
