Sorry to bother you.
I found the "Android Install" sticky but peeps keep refering on that sticky to check out the "Android Sticky".
Are you aware of a thread that reports on various head unit optoins as I can't find one at all.

 

Well, not really if you mean specific to the W220. What I did was simply pick one (in my case, Erisin), and so far, generally so good. Other options are Xtrons, which have likewise gotten good reviews. Seicane is another popular option.
