They still are heavy and ugly.....really ugly. Even BMW has a factory tri-spoke style and it's just as bad as these.

Okay, got the tri-spokes. Now add the fuzzy dice in rear window and the pink fox tail on antenna. Oh....and some white mud flaps with lots of reflectors on them. And indian blanket seat covers in front.
Now THAT is style! Ha Ha Ha!

Tri-spokes have their applications, but for the most part, to me, they are blech. It would definitely have to be a highly modified car for me to like them on it.
