Pls help. I have just purchased webasto Thermo 90ST water heater for my U1300L. We have very hursh winters here in Mongolia. I couldnt afford the installation cost by the dealer and decided to install it on my own. but it turned out to be not that easy.
Can anyone advice me what would be the best place to mount the heater (the heater is quite big and I couldn't place it in the engine compartment) and how to connect the various tubes and harnesses.
I'll be waiting for your comments impatiently

I'm just about finished with the installation of my 90ST in my camper. I put it under the air cleaner, built a bracket off the outrigger.

Here is my camper hydronic system diagram.

The 90ST is behind the intercooler radiator, you can just see it in this photo.

Still have to plumb the exhaust in, but was thinking of drilling a hole in the bashplate and directing it towards the sump - might as well use the waste heat to warm the oil.

Congratulations on the upgrades getting done. As for pics.... maybe they are too big of files. What format are they in? JPG, PNG? What error message does it give you? Either at the top of the box or the bottom; I forget which, it will give you a message of why it won't load

yes I did the rebuilding all on my own. inside and out. I didn't extend the roof as I didn't have an appropriate garage and tools for that. But nonetheless I'm quite satisfied with what I have done. I have installed Truma Combi heater inside, it works just great. Fixed an external shower. Nice blaupunkt audio system with an amplifier, TV, 150L water tank. No problem to travel where ever I want to

GREAT conversion man. Looks awesome. Does the rear bench seating convert to a bed? How do you find moving around with the limited interior height? Again, well done

Thank u for your opinion. the rear bench converts to a bed. wide enough for 3 people. The interior height is limited but I only enter there to rest or have a meal as I drive almost all the time
