I’ll attach a picture for reference, but I think I finally found my “mystery” vacuum leak. I’m unsure of where it goes as I can’t find a loose hose or even a bung for a hose (viewing from top). I capped it for now just using some tape and tie. Thanks!

97 M104 does not have EGR valve.
The secondary air solenoid should have only two vacuum lines going to it, one is from the intake manifold, and another should go straight up and into the valve cover to the secondary air valve.
The bottom one stays open, it's open to atmosphere.
