I got a few gallons of Peak Antifreeze for free, and decided that the either the W210 or W204 could get a change in the radiator. The label states it is Mercedes Approved on the label. I then also noticed that it was organic based, I believe that this stuff has a tendency to react badly with gaskets over prolonged amount of time. Is this stuff of for Mercedes gaskets.

I replaced enough radiators in previous years, to not take my chances with saving 5 bucks for cheaper coolants.
I run MB coolant even in my Ford trucks.
Whatever it is in this stuff, it makes my engines running much cooler with no need for the fans to engage.
Can't put it on paper, but I am saving fuel money on not running the fans.

"MB approved" isn't determinative.

There are lots of years and models out there.

The question is "what approval" or what MB spec it actually meets.

I'm with Kajtek1. Not worth the risk.
