Hey ppl,

I'm proud to present you with the "new" (It was actually in September :p) addition to the "old-benz" collection It is a 1990 Mercedes 190E 2.6, imported from the USA to Portugal in 1991.

Has only had 2 owners before :)

It has nearly 110k miles and the engine runs really smooth! The M103 is truly a pleasure of an engine to drive "with"! The car should soon go do a complete "check-up" service just to make sure everything is as it should be!

Well, let's get to more photos!

This was when it arrived home on the day it was bought:

And here's a video of it also :)

It was recorded on the "buy day" :)

Rafael Nice looking 190E you have there . That car is well worth looking after . One of the best models to buy, nice and compact ...treat it well and it will look after you .These cars are now getting on in years ,,so dont drive it like is a new one . Check all fluids regular not forgetting the coolant inhibitor . The engine in your car is the same as i have in my W124 .If you replace any part do so with the same number thats on old unit .Nothing but Bosch or Beru elictrical parts if possible . Good luck and enjoy.

Rafael- beautiful photography- you got yourself a beauty! But Plinker is right to say that these cars are getting up there in age, and although I drive mine daily, I tend not to drive it into the city or take long weekend trips in my 190e. That I reserve for my modern diesel. It also preserves my marriage as the occasional breakdown (which has occurred) doesn’t sit well with the wife !!
Once sorted out, these vintage Benzes have a silky ride and workmanship that make them a pleasure to own!
The 190e is also quite small a car by today’s standards which makes them great for parking in a congested area. Good luck and enjoy !
