I don't know that it's perfect but I use a 14 flute 76mm, commonly available for five bucks or so.

PS - I see that I have a couple pieces of electrician tape on the inside so you could probably go 74 or 75mm if you find that. The 14 flutes is non-negotiable.

 

Hit your local Autozone...that's where I got mine last week. Five bucks is about right.

 

I bought one in pep-boys the tool size is 74mm With 14 flutes and it fits like a glove for around $5.99! Better than $35 that I was quoted at the dealer.
