Is This Camshaft Position Sensor? (Hard Start)

Is this the camshaft sensor in the picture that is circled? I want to replace it with like a Dorman for $25 (have to get other stuff from rock auto so the shipping is basically free).

Sometimes it takes two to three tries before the car starts. Sometimes it starts instantly. Runs like new once started. Doesn't seem to matter if hot or cold (so unlikely O2 sensor). No codes from blue driver scan tool. Replaced new battery a week ago. Previous owner had this problem from the maintenance records, they couldn't figure it out. Last year they replaced fuel filter, fuel pump, spark plugs etc. Found this thread (see link), no codes with a cheap code reader like in my case. Better one pulled camshaft sensor and fixed the guy's problem with camshaft sensor change. Part is so cheap worth a gamble to change it. Otherwise maybe possibly a fuel pump relay?

Update just saw the arrow you put in. Sorry for all the silly questions, shows my ignorance with cars 😬😂
Yes Dorman, see the screenshot.
There is a Bosch one too but it's like $75 don't want to spend that much on a gamble and heard Dorman is pretty good.

Look at the tachometer needle and see if it moves or bounces.
If it doesn't, it is a sign that the CPSensor is faulty.

Bosch ... that's just me.

Location when you look down:

Thanks, the crankshaft sensor will be my next bet if the camshaft sensor doesn't work. Wish I had access to a better code reader. The code reader worked fine for my w210 for the most part though and we don't have Auto Zone here to check the code for free. I'll see if I can find a local part store to do it.

Btw guys, the Cam sensor I pulled off my vehicle was a garbage Chinese no markings one, looked almost new not a drop of oil or grease on it. Replaced it with an $8 used Bosch from the junkyard and completely fixed the problem. Have 3 more used Bosch ones as spare too. Previous owner probably unecessarily replaced the fuel pump because of this Chinese cam sensor.
