Infrared module 2108202726

Hi any one can give me a tip where this module are install (2108202726)?
I have set new key with this module and they say is compatible with
my car but I dont see this module. At trunk i find only central locking module
1408200726. I wonder if that 2 module are join together. When i close/open my doors with key light is flashing red/green when I click open/close on new flipkey light stop flash and flash again so I can see transmiter reading new key but they dont work. Im confuse if I get this module inside my 300SE or not. If not why IF at door try comunicate with new flip key.
If yes where is this module

Here is mine.

The part number you pointed (1408200726) out is the Infrared module.

See picture #2. Top right black box is the infrared control module, below that is the ATA (anti theft) module it controls immobilizer, to the left (big module) is the comfort module that controls central locking/windows etc.

I have one at trunk but no ATA and where is second one. My car don't have immobilizer. I'm interested where is
2108202726 ? If this Modul is with all w140 if not from which year was install
