Is it possible to upgrade my Map Pilot Australia/New Zealand 2014 version maps directly from a new 2019 V7.0 SD card? Thanks.

I really wish folks would identify what year car they have! ?

Go to www.mbnavupdate.com and see what is available for your car. You’ll either update through the SD card or USB port.
Apologies; I'm new to this!
I bought my C200 in 2015 and it came with 2014 maps. I recently bought a 2019 Australia - New Zealand SD card online but the packaging seems to indicate very specific build dates ("C-Class 08/17-05/18"). Inserting the card in my car, I get the following message: "No memory card containing navigation software inserted".
I have read elsewhere that dealer updates contain a code that includes the VIN.
All suggestions would be most welcome. Thanks.

If you go to the site I posted, they will be able to answer your question. Even if you have the correct product, I’m pretty sure they (or someone else) will have to provide you the license key based on your VIN.

The first step is to confirm you have the correct product. I’m not sure they used an SD card in the W204 for map updates. I just updated my maps using the USB port and I have a 2014 C350.

A live chat with 'James' proved fruitless. All I got is "I have no idea about your issue".
