If you lost the receipt the dealer should have a copy of the invoice, maybe even your credit card company has a record..... I just hope you didn't order from Mercedes of Annapolis (getmercedesparts.com) because they are the WORST - They sent me the wrong rotors and that was 2 months ago and im STILL waiting for my refunds..... and I kept my invoices.... Iceman, reverse the charge before your CC time limit to do so is expired. That same place
burned my brother and he had to do a charge back. Then they fought it. It was nightmare.
He won and the CC company had him send the incorrect pump to the CC company.

 

Thanks for the heads up Noodles... I have already sent the parts back to them and I have been credited 1/2 the money, and they are lagging on the rest... I threatened to put them on blast here in the forums, so I'm just counting down until there is 'no excuse' from a regular joe's point of view. But ya parts were returned to them on 6/8, and today is 6/29 lol....

Ya annapolis is great - instead of refunding me, today they debited me the difference...

It says 'world class customer service' on their website.... lol..

That is just plain wrong. I am sure you have similar feelings, it is not about the money
it is the principal of the whole debacle. At least people will read this and learn.

Yup, they sure did... I'm working with Kim right now, and she said she refunded the new debt along with the prior amount, however that was yesterday, and today i'm still waiting to see the refunds appear - funny because the debits are taken instantly - credits can take 3 days sometimes, so again, I'll give her until sometime Tuesday or Wednesday, giving them plenty of time to get it together..... So awful.
