Hi. I can help scanning your MB remotely if you do not have access to Xentry diagnostics.

In order to receive this for free you will need to be able to provide the following :

1. A good j2534 device like tactrix Openport 2.0, nexiq2, cardaq plus or other similar passtru device.

2. A very good broadband internet service with very good speed

3. A laptop with TeamViewer installed

You do not need any other software. I will take over your usb port and perform the xentry scan on my computer. You do not need any C3, C4, C5 or xentry vci multiplexer. Latest official Xentry version is used (12.2019)

What you will get :

1. Free basic scan of each module and screenshots of the dtc codes if any
2. Basic tests, actuations and resets (dtc's and basic components like filters and such)


What you will not get :

1. Scn codings and online access
2. Key programming, immobilizer stuff, complex codings and other sensitive operations

I am doing this for free, I do not want any $, however please keep in mind that my time is very limited and I won't be able to spend a whole day on your car.

Not all MB cars work with this type of Xentry scan. No hht-win cars! I also believe pre 2004 cars won't scan and even some of the newer cars won't do passtru. Most new MB cars are OK. I can't tell you for sure which models work and which don't until I try.
