CAN bus communications problem from the instrument cluster or the TCM (ETC).

 

Unless you have some symptoms just zap it. Look in your home router error log with hundreds of entries. Those are just pocket collisions.
Here is casual scan from my E320.

 

Normally, you should not have any CAN bus faults. Note that the CANBus C (and B) have redundancy, meaning you have two CAN busses running between modules carrying the same information (with inverse polarities). If one fails, the other will carry the same info between the modules, but this condition is detected and noted. So with a single failure, everything will work as they should, with no signaling redundancy. While this is OK for a while, it typically signals something is going bad (water / oil intrusion to the connectors, intermittent connector issues mechanical / corrosion), CAN bus wiring).

Reset the code, and keep an eye on it. It may or may not come back.

 

I have studied my own scan and have noticed B1122 in instrument cluster. DUH
That scan was day after I have tested shunt setup cranking engine, running blower on high and all that mess.
