Under the front right hand seat, lift the little flap of carpet.

 

Shaune this is a W220 not a W140. The vin # (chassis#) is in the rear passengers side footwell. Remove the floor light, it just pulls out and behind is the fuse box, just above the box is the vin # stamped into the frame.

The question was NUMBERS ARE LOCATED ON A 2000 S430
