A3 service

My 2011 c300 car is now at 46000 miles and the indicator says A3 service needed.
Where can I find what exactly is in A3 service so that I can get it done in a non- dealer service shop?
I tried to look at the owners manual, but theres nothing called A3 service there. I see only service at 40000 miles, at 50000 miles and so on. But nothing at 46000 miles. So where can I find the list of things to do in A3 service?

in the US the services are rotated b/t A and B. at 40k it would have been a big service. B service, trans service, air filters, brake fluid flush. at 46k you could be at the 50k service which is an A service.

So i checked in the manual about the 50k/5y service and its basically an oil change and general inspection. I got it done by my local mechanic.. They were able to reset the service light that said "A3 Service due 200 miles"...but the mechanic said that now there is a service light saying "B1 service due 200 miles" and told that this can be reset only at the dealer..

What do you guys think is going on? Why would now say "B1 service" just after doing the "A3 service"?

have you verified this service reminder light.

I have seen sometimes after a reset the maint will stay the same until the key is cycled off for a few seconds.
