The fuse pump relay and fuse are located (as stated previously) in the right rear load compartment fuse/relay box.

If you did not transfer and relay or fuse in that location, then that is not your problem.

Take a photo of where the relay was and what relay you removed and what relay you swapped it with.

Please tell me the relay number in the fuse box that you are referring to.

So if you remove that relay does the pump stop running?

And you never said the pump was always running. You said you couldn't start the car.

I do not understand what you are trying to say because there is a language barrier.

The air pump relay only controls the air pump and has nothing to do with the eng. running.

The relay on the bottom does control the starting of the of the eng.

You might have a damaged fuse box.
