Found this 560 SEL on Ebay. How do you rate it?

I really like it except for a few minor things.

1. Where are the rear headrests, they appear to be missing?

2. I have never been a fan of those wheels - maybe replace them w/monoblocks.

3. In 1989 there was a major interior upgrade of better seat springs, padding, and way cooler upholstery.

Also, I am an Ebay Powerseller, so I tend to look at the seller's feedback. This seller has way to much negative feedback to suit me. I wouldn't buy an ice cream cone from this seller

I'm not buying. I was just surfing passing time here at the office. I just like to see what some of these ebay sellers are offering from time to time pertaining to MB 126's.

Attractions:
First of all, the color is really good. BLACK!
Second, the mileage is really attractive, 78,000. But, a potential buyer is recommended to check carfax.
Wow, it has heated seat too! []

Negatives:
As MRTIKKET mentioned, rear headrests are missing.
It looks like stereo is not original and antenna is not coming all the way up.
I like BBS (fish-net) rims but those are look good on Bimmer or Audi, not Mercedes-Benz.

It seems to be very clean and in great condition. I'm not a fan of the rims, though.

I would definately change the rims. Yep, Headrest are missing and Kenwood was not the stock radio in those.

I guess the rims are a dud – I don’t like them either, as noted above too b*w-like.
Euro lamps would be nice. Exterior seems to be in good condition. Inside is good, too.

I think that one of the things that bugs me is the color combo:

1. Onyx wasn't offered in 1988 - only 040 and Black Pearl;

2. AFAIK, both blacks were offered as two-toned with matt grey or silver-blue bumpers/lowers.

I could be wrong, but has anyone seen stock non-AMG all black cars?
