I stumbled across this a few days back. Sorry for keeping my mouth shut I'd spoken with the gentleman and he was wanting to cancel the auction since there was no other interest in it and sell me these parts @ $175.00 but he couldn't figure out how to do it. Looks like I got beat out at the very end. Oh well, I'd have driven 500 miles round trip tonight to pick them up and then go fly again in the morning at 0645 to do two Las Vegas trips. I think I'll go and get my free drink at the bar now

Thanks DarkOne! I want to get one of the slim spoilers for the AMG that was in the lot. I saw one a long while back go for $50-60. I don't know what I would have done with the rest of the stuff though. Put it on my SD? I think that would have got me sent in for a "random" drug test with the airline Looks like I might have a good excuse for the wife for me to go down to Melbourne to see the folks at CarShine to get one of those Zender spoilers they have for the W126. Hmmm, a Victoria Bitter sounds good about now...

that kit looked fake to me, the AMG logo was crooked, and I dont know about the 1st gen kits but the 2nd gen kits have the AMG stamped in not raised.

thats exactly why i did not bid on the kit, the non indented AMG logo--looked almost like a fibreglass kit and did not want to chance it
