Yellow fog light

Okay now Sylvania has new bulbs for the fog lights. They're SilverStars. Now if I change the bulbs will it still be yellow or are just the bulbs yellow?

I think I'm asking if there's a filter for the yellow light or it's just the bulb.

I would like to know too . . . is it the bulb that is yellow, or a filter (or both?).

it is a filter or yellow glass "cupcake" around the bulb that makes it yellow. the bulb itself is white. excuse my poor termonology
