Total combined driving over the last 12 months is less than 1,500 miles.
I spend more time fussing with them than driving them.
They spend most of their time here:

My new-to-me '73 450SL. 148,488 miles. I am really enjoying this car.

Now that the motor is run in you can use the loud pedal freely.

So I have to ask. Did you get the original wheels and dog dish's? But they what do I know? They might be the originals!

No doubt! This will be a driver.

I'm still enough of an SL greenhorn to not know if these are the correct original wheel style. It came with a lot of extra bits and pieces, but no other wheels.

I think I saw that one float by on Craigslist in the Cities. I'm glad to see it went to someone who will appreciate the car.

Mine's about to go into storage for the winter, but at the rate we're going, e will have enough 107s in Minnesota to have a GTG when the weather turns nice again...

Sounds like fun, already looking forward to next spring!

I see that you're in Fairmont, my wife grew up in Truman, so I've heard a lot of stories from her youth of "going to Fairmont"... it was the closest "big town" for them. ;-)

Looks like a nice '73. North American headlights and front turn signals. ROTW front bumper or someone took off the over riders. Curious if the rear bumper is the same. Wheels may be original. Light alloy wheels were an option.
