I'm looking for replacement shift paddles for an 2007 cls550 or cls63. Anything compatible.

I have paddles installed from the factory but my left paddle has a cracked plastic surround.

The part number on your paddle is not a listed number (as those paddles were likely only available from Mercedes as a pair under part number 230 821 2058 OR 2308218751).
I normally stock a variety of paddles including some of the non-amg paddles like I suspect you are looking for. Does your paddle look like the smaller black paddle at the bottom of the attached picture? If so, I can sell you a used one for fair price.
