Title says it all. Not in a rush to purchase, but putting out a feeler for a well-maintained Euro 6.9.

Price can be discussed when something suitable is found.

Silver or Black exterior would be best, with blue or black interior (red will work too, and velour is preferred as well).

If someone wants to point me in a better direction, that's fine too. I've been checking the M-100 boards and W116.org as well.

Something within the country is preferred, as I don't want to deal with shipping, importing, etc.

Thanks!

Ha!... sure.

Not only do you want a 6.9, but euro... and well maintained. You funny. :p

Git.

And it says Euro, so there. :1poke:

It's been federalized, those god-awful bumpers that extend out several miles just make me want to throw up. That chrome trim along the wheel wells is likely hiding rust.

The answer is no!

OK, ok.... I guess you don't appreciate my help. Say, how 'bout a nice, almost mint, G-wagon around your neck of the woods? :big laugh:

No no, I'm too busy driving a Kawasaki 4x4 on the green instead of teeing off (I don't know anything about golf).

Seriously, good luck with the search. Such great cars.

There's a nice red one -low miles- up north but it's not euro. I'll keep an eye out for ya.

They are, I really want one. The current dilemma is the lack of storage. That's what's keeping my from buying one that I found on hemmings. It's not good enough of a deal yet where I'd pull the trigger and space be damned.

Also my project up the road is still screaming for a motor, gearbox, and other love and attention. Ugh, I just can't win!!

I thought I was supposed to have lots of time while being young!

Now that I've recovered from my turkey-induced stupor, I was looking at the ones at Hemmings.... the white one is hideous, what's wrong with the light blue one in CA?

Price?

That light blue was the one I was talking about. The interior looks clean for the most part, but it's hard to tell from the photos but I see some fading or other kind of damage.

Price certainly is another thing keeping me back, I guess I'm too concerned about spending my money wisely, hahaha!

It is a very nice looking car though. The color combo is unique, and the wheels add to it.

For the conditions you've set, honestly, I don't think you're going to find one for much less.

My only concern is that it has been listed a long time, but it certainly looks good from the images. Yeah, the BBSs are a nice touch too.

I think this one in California was recently for sale in New York State (or somewhere around there), and I swear I thought it was for sale for $8000...

I didn't realize the BBS wheels were replicas. I guess it's not a big deal, but it gets me thinking. How authentic is this thing. It's got the looks, but...

Yeah, no pictures of the engine bay, so who knows what it is. VIN is not provided so I can't verify it with EPC.
