For my cab it's 124 440 29 33What is the part number for our '95 Cabriolets?
You may want to PM me your VIN, the EPC says 29 33 is for 1996 and upFor my cab it's 124 440 29 33
Clark, thanks I did check it on EPC. 56 32 does not work for my car, there is a plug on the battery end that I don't have. When I went back into EPC I was able to see a note for 2933 and I think using my vin at some parts sites yielded 2933.You may want to PM me your VIN, the EPC says 29 33 is for 1996 and up
meaning Euro car where they were still made in 96, like the Inspectors Cab.
EPC says 56 32 is up to model year 1995.
OK, but here it is. Did you try running the car with that harness? Do you have code 471 in the note?Clark, thanks I did check it on EPC. 56 32 does not work for my car, there is a plug on the battery end that I don't have. Yeah, take a pic, lets figure this out. First I've heard of this.I have the same EPC note, my data card does not have code 471. I did not try to run it with the harness because of the errant plug. Now you have me thinking. The plug I am referring to is a round large plug near the battery end. I will take a pic tonight if I have time. Someone here had the same issue, and that lead them to realize 5632 did not work for them.
To add to the confusion: CABLE HARNESS. ENGINE CABLE HARNESS; ENGINE CABLE HARNESS,E/CLS-CLASS. Mercedes # 1244402933
No, my car does not have ASR.Here's your code 471, do you have ASR??
471
[19951002 - 19951002]: ACCELERATION SKID CONTROL (ASR)
Then you should have gotten the 29 33 number. No, my car does not have ASR.
I get the same note on EPC, but I think the switch in part numbers for the harness was before MY 1996.
I found the thread where I got the right P/N. The round plug in the first pic is the one I had no place to put either.

Then you should have gotten the 29 33 number.
When I put that guys VIN into the EPC I only get one part number, 29 33
