I think that after doing some research, you'll find that PP's price is actually quite low. Your MB dealer will sell the EACH headlamp for what PP wants for the pair! PP's price is roughly what you'll pay for the Bi-Xenon headlamp option, should you be ordering a new ML [GOAT - 3/16/2005 8:07 PM
Anyone know of someone who is selling these at a good price?.. gotta get my hands on a set soon if I can. PP price is kinda high. Thanks guys in advance
Well, not necessarily heh. One way to do it is to have them shipped to Point Roberts or something, or to a friend's place in Seattle. Install them there so you won't have to pay any taxes or duties!GOAT - 3/17/2005 7:31 AM
Thanks Drew... I sold my left arm to Supersprint so I guess I might as well sell my right arm to PP's for the Bi-X's... []
LOL, I'm sure it can't be that bad. Whereabouts again are you located in BC?GOAT - 3/17/2005 7:48 PM
Took the plunge today and bought a pair of Bi-X's... I may need you to come install it Drew considerin I got no upper limbs left... haha... will post all pics of mods in next couple weeks when I start slappin stuff on... thanks for all the info Drew []
Yes, absolutely you do need to bump up the fuse (to a 20A, I think?) because you have a pre-'99. Regarding the bulbs, no need to. You have the highest luminal output setup right as it is; allow about 55 hrs for the bulbs to burn in to attain the nice and white colour [GOAT - 3/22/2005 6:38 PM
hey Drew do I need to change my fuse to a higher amperage to run the Bi-X's and should I change the bulbs that came with it or will they be suffice?... cheers mate
