I was thinking the same thing bud..and having lived in TX I can tell you that "baking cars" is a popular pastime..lol. I've never seen so many baked cars in my life..no matter how expensive they are..that sun just eats them up.If it needed "new dash and wood" before or at 57k it must of baked halfway to death in the Texas sun for a long time.
4900 is cheap for mileage that low, on a "one owner" car, and a savvy prospective buyer would ask to see the records. If they were not there, the car could be "clocked".
