If it needed "new dash and wood" before or at 57k it must of baked halfway to death in the Texas sun for a long time.
4900 is cheap for mileage that low, on a "one owner" car, and a savvy prospective buyer would ask to see the records. If they were not there, the car could be "clocked".

I was thinking the same thing bud..and having lived in TX I can tell you that "baking cars" is a popular pastime..lol. I've never seen so many baked cars in my life..no matter how expensive they are..that sun just eats them up.
