Without knowing the recall or its impact on emissions related components, I would otherwise say there is a reasonable likelihood you will get either exhaust/DEF/DPF code, or an engine oil leak. Give a 30% probability of an annoying $2500 repair smacking you in the face within the next year or two, and knock a minimum $800 off of asking price.
Inspect the rear subframe for rust at the usual hiding spots. If it is a risk, knock another $2k off.
