I wouldnt think so. The front of the radio in a w202 is a standard square DIN format. This radio has somewhat rounded sides, even if the back of it would fit in the standard DIN slot, the front may stand proud of the wood of the dash. No idea about the wiring hookup of these newer radios.
I have an older radio also, cassette player only but matches the original. Display is good. If I remember right only thing wrong was it had a button or two loose on it. Trying to get rid of both of them, because I updated to a Parrot Asteroid. I also have an alpine cd changer for the trunk that I used with the cassette radio.
