Hi I'm new to the forum and I'm in the process of restoring a 79 450 SL. My question is I need to order a wood kit for my car. I have dealt with performance products in the past and have been satisfied, but when pricing wood kits performance is quoting $520 and a company called Capital West has a kit for $389(same Zebrano wood). Has anyone dealt with them and how are there products or if anyone else has any ideas on more companys?

i dealt with capitol west recently...i got burlwood i got the entire wood kit from them... the price is right as well as the service...you can ask for Mr Bruce Jacobson and you can quote me ... may be he can give you a discount as being referred from one of the customer...
i am sure you will be happy with the service...

Thanks to both of you. I ordered the kit today from Bruce. Very nice guy and helpful, and alot cheaper than performance.
Thanks Again
