I'm looking for a specific WIS document. I don't have acess myself.
The document in question is:

AR32.20-P-0200GH

This one suposedly shows how to measure the torsion bar preload using the hole along side the adjustment bolt on the tensioner. Hopefully it is good for setting my 98.

possibly stupid question....but how is that considered a "front spring"?
Its near the muffler.....

The torsion bars are the front springs. There are no coil or leaf springs for the fronts.
