hi
a question for the cold weather C class owners, has anyone had there C class sprayed with oil ziebart, etc, and if so did they drill holes into the doors or pillars. I want to get my car winterized, but worried about having holes drilled into the body etc. In southwestern ontario/canada, the salt is a big issue here, so want to protect my car.
any ideas how to get around this?

I would suggest not doing any of that. You should do better by keeping the car as clean as possible and flush the undercarriage with a good amount of water pressure in the spring. If you add 'extra' protection it can often plug up drain holes and/or trap contaminants that would be rinsed away with a good cleaning. Fix any nicks in the paint to prevent rust from the outside in as well and you should be fine.
