Ordered a new nozzle from Parts.com and installed it this eve. Tried it and it shoots past the tailgate! Is there an adjustment. I pressed the tabs on each side of the old one and it slid out easily. The new one popped right back in its place. Did I miss something?

Was it an OEM nozzle? Just "shooting" from the hip here, as I've never closely inspected these on the 211 and it's now dark...but yes, on some cars they are adjustable. Kind of like a ball joint, if you stick a needle in the hole you can aim the nozzle. Be careful though, I'm not sure this is the case on this car...

There is a special tool #110589026300. It is $37.

It is called an adjustment tool in WIS.

The spray should be hitting about 60% up the windshield once adjusted.
One note the dealer will be cheaper to but this tool than parts.com.

Also do not try to use a wire or micro screwdriver. I have seen people do it and
ruin the nozzles.
