How do you Remove the window motors from the 2 rear doors they dont work anymore

u need to take apart the door panel. Where the opening lever is, theres a plastic piece shaped kinda like an upside-down "U" : it covers up a bolt holding the door to the panel. pry it out from the top with a small screw driver. then remove the bolt using 10mm socket. after its removed, push the black thing on the door towards the front of the car and remove. finally lift up the door panel to release from the hooks and take out.
