I recently replaced all 4 window channels on my '72 280SEL. I put OEM channel in the front (because I found enough at a cheap price) but put an alternate in the rear. The rear actually perform better than the front.
I purchased it from Restoration Specialties & Supply, Inc. and got their link from the Ponton owners blog Window Channel and Brush Molding for Mercedes-Benz Pontons © www.mbzponton.org
The channel for the rear came in 8' lengths and it took one per window.
I have the part number that I bought at work. I'll try to post the exact part I bought tomorrow. Good prices comparatively. Looks exactly the same.
