I'd like to buy this set of rims with this spec:

Size: 19x8.5(front) 19x9.5(rear)
Bolt Pattern: 5x112, 5x114.3
Offset: +35mm
Finish: Silver with Machined Lip
Tire Package Price: two 235/35/19(front) tires and two 245/35/19(rear) tires

The buyer says that the rear might rub. The tire sizes on Tire Rack (which suggests wider, fatter tires) say otherwise.

no

you are to wide on the front.you have front and rear tires with the same profile but different widths(the aspect ratio 35 is a % of width) so your front and rear tires would be different diameters
Tire Size Calculator - tire & wheel plus sizing
do you really want to run dual bolt pattern wheels when your car calls for 5by112.
going to 19's is going to ruin your ride quality and to make it look right you will need to drop the suspension meaning camber bolts, rear camber links etc. just to get it into alignment so that it tracks correctly and does not wear through tires every ten thousand miles.
