5 mm is not really significant, it depend on tire size. 215/55/16 probably OK, 225 or higher might rub on the front. you can try mount it on and spin it if it not rubbing anything it should be OK, make sure you try with full turning left and right. How wide's the rim, does it come with tire, you probably see what tire can go on in the chart earlier.

Look like you're good to go. Take picture with old and new rims and compare. Congratulation.

tires on those rims are 225/60R16
I'm planning to put on 215 55 r16--stock for my car.
So i think they will be ok
With your stock tires you will be okay with the wheels.

However, as soon as you get them, remove one of your lug bolts and put it through the new wheel. It should protrude 5/8-3/4"; if not, you'll need new lug bolts.

I also can't see the ad. Those may be newer that use the R14 ball seat lug, so you'll need custom lugs and you can get them from radusadirect.com.
